Dear Concerned American,

With a limited-government sweep of the House and a shift to the pro-business right in the U.S. Senate, it would seem the message to Washington is clear:

Americans want less regulation and less spending!

That' s why U.S. Senator Rand Paul sponsored the REINS Act, to require any major regulation to get approval from Congress…

… as in, " We the People" !

But Barack Obama and his Green zealots are conspiring with Harry Reid to block any vote on the bill.

If we don' t " rein in" such job-killing regulations, Obama EPA will ram through the same radical agenda he knows helped bring a " shellacking" last November.

The good news is, Senators on both sides of the aisle see the writing on the wall for 2012. That' s why it' s urgent we crank up the pressure and push for passage Rand Paul' s REINS Act - today.

So please sign the petition below TODAY so that it can be hand- delivered to all 100 U.S. Senators.

Sincerely,

Donald E. Ferguson

R.E.I.N.S. Act Petition to:
My U.S. Senators and Congressman

WHEREAS, The radical environmentalists are scheming to use Presidential Executive Orders and draconian EPA regulations to impose their job-killing agenda on the American people; and

WHEREAS, Sweeping new regulations by out-of-control government agencies like the EPA are imposed without Congressional approval; and

WHEREAS, Last year alone, the federal government issued over 3,000 new rules and regulations on Americans and businesses without the approval of Congress; and

WHEREAS, The Constitution mandates Congress -- not bureaucracies -- approve new rules and regulations; and

WHEREAS, The REINS Act would solve this problem by requiring new rules or regulations proposed by the Executive Branch or other bureaucracies be voted on and approved by both houses of Congress;

THEREFORE, I urge you to cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the REINS ACT (H.R. 10).

Signed,
